Relais & support for Windows Vista

Relais International has done testing with Windows Vista but still is not in position to support it. This is due to lack of compatibility with other software products required by Relais, for example, Kofax. Kofax is needed for scanning, displaying and delivering images.

If you wish, Vista can be used as the operating system for Relais staff workstations (not scanner workstations or the application server) but the View Document function accessed from Query Request will not work. For hosted customers who are unable to use View Document, use of Vista on the staff workstation should not be an issue at all.
