Delivery

As with scanning, all delivery functions are fully integrated into Relais Enterprise and optional with Relais ILL. 

The patron and library records indicate the requester’s preferred delivery method and address, once a document has been scanned, the software takes care of adding a cover page to the document (optional), converting the document to the appropriate format and sending it – no staff intervention is required.
