Delivery

As with scanning, all delivery functions are fully integrated into Relais ILL. 

The patron and library records indicate the requester’s preferred delivery method and address, once a document has been scanned, the software takes care of adding a cover page to the document (optional), converting the document to the appropriate format and sending it – no staff intervention is required.
