Give your patrons control with RELAIS ACCESS web forms.

  Patrons and other libraries can submit requests and check on their status.

  You may also give patrons the ability to edit their profile, for example, update their phone number and email address, as well as cancel requests and request renewals

  Through the OpenURL patrons can now search a variety of systems and databases, and after selecting a record submit a request directly into the Relais database for processing. OpenURL functionality has been tested with:

  If you prefer to develop and use your own web forms, use the Relais Add Request web service to pass requests into Relais.  Please contact Relais International for the specifications for this web service.
