Relais Access Web Forms Overview

Relais may be configured to use online web forms so that institutions and patrons may enter requests directly into Relais via the web, without the need for staff intervention.

Staff may also access some basic features of the Staff Workstation, such as Loan Tracking, Processing Requests (/access/logins.jsp page).  

What do you need to do to allow a patron or library to access the appropriate web entry form?

• Staff should be instructed to access the /access/logins.jsp page.

• • Displays the Staff Login Page.

• Patrons should be instructed to access the /access/loginp.jsp page.

• • Displays the Patron Login Page.

• Libraries should be instructed to access the /access/logini.jsp page.

• • Displays the Institution Login Page.

• Both Patrons and Libraries must be registered within the Relais system with a valid Login ID and Password.

• • This information is required to ensure the user is validated during the login procedure.
